Limited Lifetime Warranty

HearthStone Cookware cast iron products are produced and inspected according to the strictest quality standards. HearthStone Cookware warranties its cast iron products for life to domestic users, proof of purchase required.

SCOPE OF WARRANTY

The warranty includes all functional, manufacturing and material faults in HearthStone Cookware branded cast iron cookware (excluding additional parts) for normal domestic use.

PROCESSING THE WARRANTY

HearthStone Cookware will examine the product subject to the customers’ complaint and decide at its own discretion whether this is covered by the HearthStone Cookware warranty. If the product subject to the complaint is covered by the HearthStone Cookware warranty provisions, the said product will either be repaired by HearthStone Cookware customer service, defective parts will be replaced or the product subject to the complaint will be replaced by an identical product if available. If the product subject to the complaint is no longer available in the HearthStone Cookware range, then HearthStone Cookware will offer the customer an equivalent product. Any processing costs incurred for a justified warranty claim will be assumed by HearthStone Cookware.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

During the warranty period the following damage is not covered:

  • Improper handling of the product

  • Normal wearing of the product

  • Failure to observe the care instructions

  • Product discoloration due to dishwasher cleaning

  • Product damage due to impacts or accidents

  • Incidental damages to other products or users

  • Improper storage of the product

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The scope of application of the HearthStone Cookware warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser of products purchased in North America or Europe. The HearthStone Cookware warranty does not apply to factory seconds, clearance products, or any highly discounted products.
