Carrier Delivery: Your package will ship via UPS or USPS depending on your order and location.
All of our orders ship from our Vermont headquarters located in the heart of the Green Mountains.
Shipping cost is calculated based on the products ordered and the destination. Proceed with the checkout process to calculate shipping costs.
A confirmation email will be sent with specific shipping information once the order has shipped.

Returns
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and we believe they will serve you well for years to come. If, however, you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund.
To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Services to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Return policies:
Original sales receipt required. This will be the email confirmation sent from HearthStone-Cookware.com
Allow 2 weeks for the return to be processed once the returned product is received by our processing department.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer.
Warranty returns:
HearthStone Cookware cast iron products are produced and inspected according to the strictest quality standards. If you believe a product you have received is defective, a warranty return may be initiated. Please refer to our warranty details here before starting a warranty return.
